“Ordered a wiper blade for my car after putting my registration no into their system , which correctly identified my car . The delivery was very quick , within 3 hours of my placing the order . Unfortunately it was the incorrect part . When I telephoned , the call handler was unable to identify the correct part , so a collection and refund was arranged without any dispute . My feelings about this purchase are therefore neutral , hence I gave three stars out of five .”

“ordered air filter and 4 cans of brake cleaner (acceptable no problems) a dayco timing belt and 2 oil filters. supplied contitech brand (haven't checked if it's actually for my car yet!) and only 1 oil filter which is way too large for my car. not worth returning but dissapointing service never had a problem previously”

“Received new battery for our aged Corsa (03). Connected up battery had insufficient power to start car. Placed on charge for 24 hrs and seems to be alright, but not does not inspire confidence. Will continue to evaluate over next fee weeks.”

“Good service overall, as far as the delivery is concerned, however let down by not explaining on the web site that if you need a certain part that you have to look further. The site would benefit from having all the parts available to order and the part numbers clearly visable.”

“The wiper blade supplied for the car registration is too long! Product good but wrong size sent. You supplied 14inc but car requires 12inc.”

“Paid for next day delivery. Item didn't arrive the following day. Call customer service only to be met with a pre-recorded message stating that unless it had been 10 days since your order, do not chase the delivery time. Sent emails that also were met with an automated response. However, my part did arrive 2 days after the order was placed, this I would have been happy with had I not paid for next day delivery. If due to the current climate you can't guarantee next day delivery...remove the option.”

“Having ordered my parts with free p&p i am still waiting 10 days later for it to arrive...spoke on chat this morn & told parts with local motor factor & he's emailed them to get it delivered...i expected a few days but 10 days a bit much so a tad disappointed”

“Prompt service, reasonably priced but when I am required to enter reg number I assume you would ensure correct part The front wipers I received had a different kind of mating attachment so I had to remove new blades and fit into old carriers. Disappointing David Meadham”

“Customer service was exellent. Only issue I had was after I placed my order which was listed as in stock on line a few days later I then received an email to say it was no longer available so they issued a full refund within 3 working days. Gutted as now without the item I needed urgenty.”

“Service was good, delivery was fast. Disappointed that the grit guards are not snug in the recommended buckets. It's a very loose fit, not desirable when you want to rub your wash mitt against it to clean the dirt off.”
