Fast delivery, abit pricey, sale price stays on all though it says it's going to end in a few hours but still stays on so that is decieving. Otherwise great. The light fit was fantastic.

Having chosen "Car parts for less". It was only later I discovered that instead of being a UK company as per the their email and web address they were in fact German sourced parts and delivery was lengthy. Having said all that The parts did eventually arrive and were exactly to requirement. prices indicated were very competitive but then the shock of shipping and customs made the the part far more expensive that advertised. Very misleading.

The car parts ordered were cheaper than anywhere else Paid £4-95 for next day delivery Didn’t get them until 2 days later only because we fone’d up about them And asked for are £4-95 refund back

I ordered brake discs. They came in boxes that were already being opened. There is nothing wrong with that, but you could at least clean these discsto keep them looking like new. And so I paid for the new goods, and I got what I got ...

Happy with the price and product but delivery was very disappointing. From order to receipt of part took 11 working days. Even after contacting CP4L to advise I had not received the part, they still only dispatched (original order had been lost) on a 3 to 4 day delivery. I would have thought that seeing as the original loss of the order was their fault, they would have dispatched on a next business day service. That's just good customer service.

I ordered 2 parts for my car both parts were wrong when they arrived I contacted customer service who arranged for them to be collected then arranged a full refund so the score is zero for parts and 5 for customer service average a 3

I ordered 6 items and 1 was supplied / picked incorrectly. The only way I could return the item with minimal inconvenience to myself was to take it to a drop off point free, however I wasnt asked if I still wanted the item. I was refunded the original cost price, not for the jiffy bag I had to buy, nor the car park ticket I had to pay for.

Great deals online and quick management; however, the delivery service was not good enough. On the day I was supposed to receive the items, no one from DHL showed up and then showed online that no one was home! Didn't see a note even though they indicated they left. I sent a complaint to DHL and they told me it would be delivered tomorrow, that wasn't the case either! In addition, Carparts4less supplied the two parts separately, which was inconvenient in terms of time, costly for them (for the economy in general), and polluting for the environment (the use of more service and material).

Used to be cheapest place to get service items a few years ago. But nowadays it's not the cheapest. You can find items for much cheaper on ebay. Their own brand oil TripleQX used to be dirt cheap before. My last CP4less order was delayed by 10 days, just ordered sump washer, oil filter, cabin filter, antifreeze. Bog standard service items. I emailed them - they apolagised and got the local ECP store to deliver it to me the next day.

Excellent price, very slow delivery. After phoning had to speak to Europarts (they are the same company now) & they delivered the parts the same day.

Ordered an airflow meter. Paid for next day and was delivered no problem by their sister company. Went to fit to find incorrect plug socket. Phoned them up and was told that they would have to collect this one on Monday and send out a new one that should be with me by Friday. Didn't seem bothered that I'd paid for next day. I asked about getting it sorted though sister company, was refused. Very poor customer service. Ended up hanging up on him and phoning sister company who sorted it out within 10 minutes. Part was missing fly lead. Meter was sealed in an original bag so supplier fault.

I was 50/50 about the recent purchase due to being sent an incorrect used filthy pollen filter in the correct pollen filter box. I was obviously sent a returned part - delivered by euro car parts. Had to go to store and explain. Luckily the staff at Bolton ecp swapped it out for me and Re delivered within a couple hours.

Happy with service, and ease of ordering, however I had to return my items as the parts didn’t fit my engine despite the site listing that it did. Still waiting to receive my refund. I put this down to Bosch altering the part or number as they it looked identical apart from the plastic lug location.
