“Ordering was easy as I could enter my registration number and finding the parts I needed much easier. That being said, one of the filters I needed was not correct and I was sent the wrong part. I contacted CarPart4less but as yet they have not responded. Not really happy and probably won't use again.”

“Several orders over the last few years have been wrong...ended up contacting customer services only for them to have euro car parts rectify their mistakes as they are ‘sister companies’ had battery sent out with another customers info, including address & other personal info, this should not have happened at all especially with the data protection laws. If you email customer services do not expect a response, I emailed on Wednesday & still heard nothing back from them even though it is a simple request for a returns authentication number, both me & my partner have also emailed in the last few weeks about orders & when they are being sent only to get nothing back. When you work all day & do not have the break time to call customer services & sit in a queue for 30+ minutes emailing is the only option especially when the customer service lines close so early in the evening!! Personally I will not be using these again as too many silly mistakes & customer services pretty much non existent. I would advise to avoid & shop at your local motor factors such as Parker’s, Allwoods, GSF etc as you get a much higher quality of service for around the same price...”

“Brilliant site, fast delivery however, wrong parts sent out and didn't realise untill fitted. Emailed to question it as they went off car reg but still waiting for a reply. Been a week so far.”

“When they get it right, it is great but when they get it wrong they get it really wrong. On my recent order, everything turned up and was correct, I was happy with the speed of delivery and packaging, so no complaints and on that order I would give five stars. However on my previous order there was an issue, I reached out to car parts 4 less, got the automated response and then.... Nothing. Issue is still not resolved over a year on. It is a minor issue but due to the lack of response, knocking off two stars.”

“I ordered 5L of oil for the car it arrived way faster than expected by a few days thanks guys, but I only got 4L of oil only realised once I got to the garage and the mechanic told me it wasn't enough oil so I had to buy more from them 😐 partly my fault for not realising and flagging it”

“bought a set of wiper blades with 1x wind deflector. blades are fine, but deflector had been clipped into a blade before and lugs broken off when it was removed, making it useless. (Broken lugs were still in the blades).”

“Cheap parts, but bad experience. Ordered parts next day delivery paid extra £5 so they would arrive on time. Didn't arrive the next day because they forgot to load it on the van. Had to wait 2 days after to receive the item”

“Ordered a few things. Ordered some glass cloths and they were absolutely filthy. Couldn't use them on customers cars so will have to wash them before I can use them. Never had an issue before, usually great. Just something used to clean glass shouldn't arrive this filthy.”

“Service was excellent. The replacement mirror card was difficult to cut accurately to shape, and developed a slight ripple effect from the glue used to fix it in place. Still usable, but could be better.”

“Parts arrived on schedule. 2 of the Bosch spark plugs failed on installation. Additional cost in mechanics fees about £100 so not very good. Parts will be returned. Not impressed !”

“I ordered discs and pads for my car they both came discs were perfect but I had ordered the wrong pads (my fault) but I’m trying to send them back but getting a response is a nightmare it’s now been a week !!!!!!”
