“Part came damaged and wouldn't send out replacement till damaged item was returned poor service as it was going to be a wk turn around needed item asap as was going on holiday very dissappointed”

“The part was a good price and was delivered quickly, unfortunately it was incorrect and didn't fit my vehicle despite me using the registration number check facility before placing the order. I have tried contacting customer service to replace the part but have had no reply!”

“Would be better if DHL did not keep bombarding one with messages. If I could use another delivery company such as Parcel force I would. This makes one consider whether to use you in the first place.”

“Price is the reason I’m sure anyone shops here. Strange that I couldn’t get a sump plug though for my car and had to order that from euros website. (Same firm?). Anyway it’ll do!”

“I liked the fact my parts were securely packaged and delivered by DHL. The only problem I had which would have made this score a 4 Star minimum. Was the fact I paid the extra costs within the allotted time(before 4pm, I made the order around 10am) for 'Next Day Delivery' and the parts did arrive until 3 days later. What was the point paying for express delivery!!!!.”

“Web site is ok and order went smoothly. Pity DPD didn't took over 5 days to get this order because of DPD incompetence. Because of this and I know it's not Car parts 4 less fault I won't be using them again.....”

“The prices are fantastic, the major problem is the search on the website does not work. So say if you want to find a 50cm wiper blade you cant do that. You need to put in a number plate for a car with a 50cm wiper blade then it will show you. So it makes it very difficult to use to buy generic parts, for example for a van or lorry that isnt recognised by their webiste. I wish they would fix this.”
