Arrived in plenty of time were cheap fit well but still don't understand why priced individual and not as pair as can only be bought in pairs as break discs

Carparts4less; seems to be a mirror of Eurocarparts. Prices are generally lower without the need for the "50% discount routine". However, parts price comparison between the 2 generally makes total prices very similar. Biggest draw back? Any parts incorrectly supplied or surplus to requirements have to be return to CP4L at your cost. Risky business. Stick to Euros.

Stock levels not accurate, delivery delayed and no notification of despatch. Items did arrive just in time stated in communication when it was descovered that they were out of stock. Price is good and items were as specified.

Prompt delivery looks very good but when used not so robust only used it once looks like I used it 100times it's true you only get what you pay for

Usually get great service from car parts 4 less but unfortunately things gone astray on this order, out of stock email after placing order. Will still use but would be better if out of stock items were marked as such BEFORE payment.

Ordered headlight bulbs on urgent Saturday delivery, didn't arrive until Tuesday and we're incompatible. Thankfully the returns and refund process was smooth but could've been smoother in the first place.

Two areas of improvement: - a greater selection of parts. The basics are present usually, although not all the time, but beyond that it’s dealership or eBay. - stop the incessant offers and just lower the prices. I’ve had to unsubscribe from the mailing list because I’m fed up of deleting the barrage of discount code emails. When you are doing a code every week, it’s no longer a special discount, is it? Clearly your profit margin is acceptable at the so-called “offer” price, so just keep your prices at that level all the time. The psychology trick of making people believe they are getting a bargain disappears when the offers never end. Then they see the cynical game being played. Even the dullards put the dots together. You are already playing the ‘cost equates to quality’ game by having two companies, both supplying the same items, but one at a lower price level. Trawling with two different nets. So stop the offer nonsense, please. Bear in mind that even your cheapest “offer” prices can often be beaten by going to eBay. For the same brand of parts, too.

I was assured of next day delivery of car battery on paying £3.99 premium instead received email advising item out of stock and to expect delivery within five days, as it happens delivery was made on the fourth day so my car was out of commission during this time,

I purchased a timing belt kit and water pump for next day delivery. With it being a bank holiday the next day would be the Tuesday after bank holiday. On the Tuesday I took delivery of a water pump. I phoned Car Parts 4 Less and they said that the outstanding timing belt kit was sent separate and would be with me by Thursday. No delivery. Phoned on Friday and a helpful lady escalated the shortage to her supervisor. The timing belt kit eventually arrived on the Monday, nearly a week late.

Excellent price and exact fit on one part of the order. Other part was described incorrectly so wrong size and part number is different to the number on the website. Used my registration details to get the correct fit and when I raised it with the customer services they said I’d ordered the wrong one and the part I had had been incorrectly ordered by myself. Right!! You guys need to get this sorted to save time, effort and wasted shipping costs.

Car battery was well packed and arrived in one piece however the acid had leaked about 3/4 pint out into the plastic bag. Fault of the courier no doubt ignoring the right way up notice. Would have been good to see transport bungs in the two vent holes rather than just sticky tape over them which then failed to keep the fluid in.

Needed a ribbed belt for Suzuki Wagon R +. Ordered, but although correct part by Car Parts, 4Less on line catalogue was sent, this was wrong length. Phoned and we're most helpful but no other part listed! Had to look up part on Continental own catalogue to find correct length then re order FROM CP4L using the Continental part number which happened to be for a Nissan,!! Hope my refund is forthcoming after returning incorrect part!

Item quality was good, and work well. Although, item description and customer service information was not 100% correct. Which meant I went and spent another £60 on screws to fit the coil packs, however the coil packs actually came with screws; not on description and customer services said none provided. Able to send back, but lost postage costs
