“Fast delivery even though sent wrong item slow refund, still waiting”

“Products are good but the delivery was difficult. I ended up with four separate deliveries for six items, just cleaning products. Not ideal having to stay in waiting each time.”

“I guess I was unlucky as itv was my 1st purchase from CarParts4Less and although the part arrived in around 3 days it was brocken . Imediately on unpacking I could see a loose peice of plastic in the bag and then found it had broken off the main component. The part was well packed by DHL and I can't see how it could have broken in transit. The part was collected 2 days later and although I wanted it replaced it was the last one so I cancelled the order and sourced from another supplier .It took quite a few phone calls but eventually all my money was refunded . I must say however the customer service team were great ,the calls were answered quickly and they were always polite and helpfull which alleviated any worries .Special thanks to Marie ,Charlot ( both ) , Alan ,Dave and Ian .”

“Purchased wiper blades after entering my car details to filter results. Purchased the suggested blades both the same make and style just different lengths (one for passenger side and one for driver side). Upon arrival I discovered the driver side blade did not have the correct fixing for my car. Therefore I have wasted money on a blade I cannot use by going with the product recommended to me by Car Parts 5 Less”

“Great being able to put the reg no in but I didn't see the warning to check which wiper was correct, I thought the only difference was the make so preceded Bosch and it didn't fit. As it had taken a week to get here I couldn't wait for a replacement for my mot so I nipped off to Halfords.”

“Great as far as it went. I have not been able to fit the part yet as I need the gaskets that go with it. A significant improvement would be to offer the gaskets that are needed to fit the part as an extra, rather than having to source them elsewhere.”
