“Item arrived on time and in very good condition but when trying to return car batteries, they organised dpd which didn't turn up, then said someone in the office made an error as they wouldn't pick up car batteries anyway so waiting even longer for my refund now!”

“Pretty quick delivery. Problem was i ordered a wiper blade and it asked my reg number so it could show me what fits my car. Wiper came and doesnt fit my car at all”

“Paid extra for two day delivery. Parts not dispatched-“forgot to load them” apparently. Extra postage refunded but no apology given and I had to wait until the next week for my order. Not very impressive.”

“Good quality,good price but unfortunately was only able to fit the rear wiper with clip from the wiper removed from the car. Front wipers were entirely compatible.”

“It took about 9 days to arrive it come in 3 parcels so you have to be in to sign for them i know sometimes things are out of stock but they could leave them in a safe place so you don't have to stay in to sign for them.”

“Bit of a mix up at first with my order. Hadn’t arrived within time specified so I contacted Customer Services (Chat). Sarah dealt with my problem efficiently telling me ‘she had e-mailed the warehouse to despatch my order ASAP’ and within a short period of time I was informed my order was despatched and I received it a day or so later. Well pleased with my order and will definitely use Car Parts 4 Less again. Thank you Sarah”
