“Ordered a battery before 2 pm and paid for next day delivery only to told delivery wouldn’t be until Tuesday the following week ? Too late to call and cancel the order and get another as your office was closed at weekend! Battery good but still not that happy with delivery”

“Your web site is fantastic, you usually have the part in stock and consistently send the correct parts....... but why do you use DHL!!! they are the worst delivery company in the UK and let your company and customers like me down consistently, why not add 1% to your prices or charge a little more for delivery and use a decent company. I use different companies from you when ever I can as they invariably have a better delivery system than yours. Please listen....please!!!”

“Good prices but bad customer service. I've purchased a screen washer which was despatched after 3 or 4 days. The status of the product was (processing) which was too long time. I sent an email to try to solve the issue but no response. I've sent another email which was ignored too. Item was delivered around a week after making the order.”

“Don't use the next day delivery service without reading the delivery conditions which I don't recall seeing, first. When I selected Next Day they took my money knowing they wouldn't be delivering next day. Argos manage it, Amazon manage it Car Parts for less don't. Parts arrived 4 days after.”

“Excellent product and price. Courier notified a delivery date and then brought it forward 24hrs on the day requiring a reorganisation of commitments because it was ‘signed for’. Not acceptable especially as DHL also dontprovide a 2 hour delivery window, screwing up the whole day. Use DPD!”

“Ordered and in stock confirmed so I could complete at the bank holiday weekend. Unfortunately an item was not on stock and shipments delayed. Missed the planned dates yet appears I received the out of stock first. It is the first time I have had an issue so I believe it was a one off”

“Arrived next day as ordered because needed for an MOT retest the day following. Although a new part I was slightly disappointed to find that, once out of the box, the gator seemed to have mud over it like it had been left in a puddle. Not something you would expect from a brand new part.”

“They sent the items I ordered very promptly. Their website is useless, I came across it with a Google shopping search for the cheapest brake pads for my car. According to their website, for my car they don't offer any EBC Green Stuff brake pads. Google found them under their part number on their website... Given how battered the box is I guess they had had them in stock for some time, this may explain why they were the cheapest supplier.”

“Good quality parts really good service But carriage costs to Caithness in the far North of Scotland still on the UK mainland is APALLING £9.99p for an ABS sensor which could have been sent by royal mail for less than £5 Really poor”
