I have not received my order. I have now sent 5 emails , left two phone messages and still not heard anything from this company. They said they posted my order over 12 days ago . I should have received it by now.

I am still awaiting the delivery of my order placed 10/9/19. Your acknowledgement stated delivery 3-5 days. Disappointing.

Absolutely terrible experience. I purchased an expensive onesie for a birthday gift. I ordered next day delivery as it was urgent. 4 days later after many calls and messages, the company said it’s been lost at DHL because no one scanned it. They had no idea where it had actually gone and just to cap it off it was the last in stock. I missed the birthday and in the end ordered from another company and it came next day. Extremely disappointing and would never, ever use again!!

What a scam. Took my money. 5 weeks later no delivery and no reply to my queries. Interesting the questionairre here only doesn't want to know about non delivery. They respond to feedback here but not to queries from their customers!

I ordered a post surgery bra and because the size was not fitting right I sent it back for an exchange on the 4th of April. I followed up with an email on the 14th of April to check what the status for my exchange was and never received a reply. Finally I chased again on the 20th of April via the website chat and found out they never received my parcel, really poor experience. You're better of buying the items you want in an actual shop.

I bought 3 onesies as Christmas presents. One developed a hole in the crutch at first time of wearing and another after 2 weeks has a massive hole in the crutch ... Come away in all directions. Plus the seam has split down the leg. I have emailed Camille with photos but as yet have not received a reply. I chased yesterday and will follow up again today if I hear nothing.

I was expecting my parcel by Wednesday. On Thursday I received an email to say it would arrive on Friday. Instead of going straight to my hotel party venue from work, I went home to get my parcel, but it hadn't arrived. It came on Saturday- too late.

I ordered the product on the 29th of November and after one week I still haven't received the product nor any information on the delivery. I tried to contact several times the customer service but I didn't receive any reply. Terrible service and experience, completely disappointed
