“I was really upset. Your 32D wouldnt even fit a 12 year old. Up against my other 32D bras. The back strap is 5 inches shorter and the cup size is tiny! It was more like a child's 26C bra! No idea what sizes they use but not what we use. And I really needed that bra for a certain date ! Or maybe they are so cheap all the sizes are mixed up!”

“I tried to buy items from your website a short while ago and I found it almost impossible to browse without exasperation. Whilst looking for nightwear, all I could find were bras, whilst looking for lingerie all I could find was a mixture of all sorts of your stock. I phoned my order through and received it forthwith and the goods are excellent. For your information I also went to one of your sales outlets and purchased the slips I required - again excellent quality. I think that your website needs a full review and redesigning by someone who knows what they are doing.”

“I ordered a size 40b bra which I was told was my size when I got measured last week. I am currently wearing a 38c which actually fits better than the one I ordered from your site which I will be returning. Not very impressed with my experience of your site!!”

“I was quoted, and was sent a receipt for, £44.99: the actual cost was rather more than this because 1) they charge you in Swiss francs - I have no idea why - and it was the equivalent of a greater sterling amount after conversion, and 2) your card provider may also add a foreign currency transaction fee. Protests to the company have so far gone unanswered. Avoid this company.”

“I was informed by email on Friday 27 June that my order had been dispatched. it is now Thurs 3 July 19.35 and I have still not received my order This is NOT the service I have received on previous orders which were all delivered promptly I am very disappointed”

“I ordered a (RH12 Fleece Bed Jacket, Blue) on Dec 9th 2013. When I received it, the jacket was lovely and well made. But, it was too small. I was told I could return it for a refund. I returned the Bed Jacket, using the return label that came with the invoice. It is Feb 4th 2014 and I still haven't received the refund to my credit card. I communicated with Steve Farmer on Jan 23rd regarding this matter and sent him the order number. But, still no credit to my card. Very disappointed since I haven't received my credit. Fran Craig”

“Based entirely on your chosen delivery company... Booked next day delivery, I now have to drive 40 miles round trip to my 'local' depot tomorrow to retrieve the parcel 2 days after it was supposed to be delivered.”

“I ordered two items as Xmas gifts in good time for delivery as both items were in stock. The parcel arrived late Tuesday morning (24th) to find one item was not in the package and hand written on the despatch note was "refunded" against the item description. No email. Call or any notification from Camille prior to say I will not be receiving my complete order. Extremely disappointed as this was my first time using Camille and I had been severely letdown. Still waiting on my refund too.”
