“I was very shocked at the quality of this robe.It was not worth half the price that I paid for it.thin ,with sparkly bits init ( which was not mentioned in the description ).the only reason it was not returned immediately was that my Grandchildren had got rid of the packaging.All I can say is inferior merchandise At exorbitant prices.To sum up utter RUBISH !!!”

“I was very excited to receive my onesie until I tried it on. The sleeves are way too short and would fit a child. I'm not tall only 5ft 3in and do not have exceptionally long arms. Also not enough fabric on length as if you lift your arms it is in your crotch. This is a size 18/20. An 18 is generous for me so this should have been a comfortable size. I have only tried on and am now waiting your response.”

Dear Shelagh I am very sorry to hear that your onesie does not fit. I will of course exchange it or refund you if you prefer. You should have a return post label prepaid with your order. I would be happy to check the measurements of the onesie you bought to see if something has gone wrong in production. “Purchased a nightdress for my Lady and the first time she wore it a strap fell off as badly stiched. Returned the item which was replaced, one week later a strap fell off due to shoddy workmanship. Not a good recommendation!”

“Very poor quality item. I discovered 2 holes under the arm of the onesie they sent me and then 2 more holes in the crotch area. Emailed to place a complaint and still haven't heard back - days later!! Overpriced for the quality of the item! Avoid!”

“I was really upset. Your 32D wouldnt even fit a 12 year old. Up against my other 32D bras. The back strap is 5 inches shorter and the cup size is tiny! It was more like a child's 26C bra! No idea what sizes they use but not what we use. And I really needed that bra for a certain date ! Or maybe they are so cheap all the sizes are mixed up!”

“I tried to buy items from your website a short while ago and I found it almost impossible to browse without exasperation. Whilst looking for nightwear, all I could find were bras, whilst looking for lingerie all I could find was a mixture of all sorts of your stock. I phoned my order through and received it forthwith and the goods are excellent. For your information I also went to one of your sales outlets and purchased the slips I required - again excellent quality. I think that your website needs a full review and redesigning by someone who knows what they are doing.”

“I ordered a size 40b bra which I was told was my size when I got measured last week. I am currently wearing a 38c which actually fits better than the one I ordered from your site which I will be returning. Not very impressed with my experience of your site!!”

“I was quoted, and was sent a receipt for, £44.99: the actual cost was rather more than this because 1) they charge you in Swiss francs - I have no idea why - and it was the equivalent of a greater sterling amount after conversion, and 2) your card provider may also add a foreign currency transaction fee. Protests to the company have so far gone unanswered. Avoid this company.”

“I was informed by email on Friday 27 June that my order had been dispatched. it is now Thurs 3 July 19.35 and I have still not received my order This is NOT the service I have received on previous orders which were all delivered promptly I am very disappointed”
