“Very disappointed in the short sleeve silk pyjamas received. I assumed that by ordering directly from Camille and not a third party I would be getting a quality item having previously purchased items from their shops. Upon receipt of the pyjamas the colour was lovely but that was the only good thing about them. It was glaringly obvious before I even unpacked the item that there was no Camille label on the neck it had been cut out and what you could see looked like it began with an N. The only time I have bought an item with a cut out label is from either a charity shop or third party online which clearly states this. Not sure why an original item from a Camille shop would have it's label cut out. The only reason I can imagine is that it is an imitation. There was no label with washing instructions only one that said made in Sri Lanka I think. The trousers were a weird size and shapeless and way too long also the hanging loops were not at the sides as normally are but right in the middle front and back. Overall they looked cheap and an imitation of what the actual item should have been. This was not what I expected; if I had wanted a cheap copy I could have purchased that for less than half the price I paid. Also on returning item I have only been refunded the cost of the pyjamas not the postage I paid so basically I have paid to receive a copy of Camille and not a genuine item. Disgusted and will not be purchasing from Camille on line again. Not happy.”

“Good quality and accurate size. Armholes we're tight. I wanted a lightweight nightdress and this was too heavy. It wasn't cotton. The problem with shopping on line.”

“I loved the dressing gown. Soft and lovely colour but on the first day of wearing the zip broke. I was so disapppointed. Not sure if it was quality checked?”

“I sent back a bra signed for and when i called to say that i hadnt had any communication but i had checked with royal mail and there was a signature i was told that the address that it went to was not theirs and i had to check where it was and get the item back before they could do anything. I must have got the address from the item details and i will not be ordering anything from here again.”

“Very unhappy with sizing. Compared with other brands of the same size that I buy, it is miles too small. I would even suggest the wrong size has been allocated to this product. I would have returned but I had stupidly disposed of packaging a few days before trying.”

“Unfortunately you offer delivery to Spain but I was charged import tax of 27€ on top of goods and delivery. Really think you should make people aware of this. An order which was 59€ cost me 89€ for 2 pairs of control pants and 2 cheap bra’s. I will not be ordering from you again.xxx O”

“item was left by courier on my door step i live in a tower block and it was taken there 150 flats in my block it could of been anyone i specifically said to leave with a neighbour so i did not get it”

“I emailed you to ask what fabric a certain nightie was made of as it only stated ' soft fabric' or some such.. You said it was 100% polyester - which is what I want. when they arrived I see that they are '60% cotton and 40% nylon' - exactly NOT what I wanted! So they are winging their way back to you ... Sorry”

“I purchased this bra in April 2023...i have found that the pocket opening is much to small for my size required for my prosthesis as I'm a size 42D. I have now since had to cut the opening wider so it makes it easy to get my prosthesis in. I like the bra but the pocket is very inadequate and so that's why I've given it a low score.”

“I returned the bras as they were a very small fitting, I'd purchased a smaller sized bra months ago, which were bigger than these supposed bigger ones. Just waiting for my refund”
