Paid extra to be delivered on specific date, 2 days later and I am still waiting for this. item will be returned as this was for a birthday! Very disappointed and won't be using again

Would be able to write a review on what we ordered if we had it ! Ordered on evening of 2nd Dec, and paid for next day delivery before 3 pm. Therefore expected to receive items by 3pm on 4th Dec, after receiving e mail confirming dispatch, it is now 8.30pm on 5th Dec and still not arrived !!! Suggest Camille get new couriers !!

purchased many times previously for my wife, this time completed the transaction only to receive a e mail a few days later telling me out of stock despite it being listed as new arrivals and monies will be refunded sent e mail asking when ? still waiting response

I ordered my goods over 9 days ago, and paid extra for a next day delivery. I have had an email from the company saying their courier couldn't locate our address. I have also written to the website directly asking where my goods are and I haven't heard a thing since. This was 5 days ago. The biggest failure for me here is not that the goods haven't been delivered in time, but the complete lack of customer care the company has given. I should have been given regular correspondence, to assure me that my goods where on the way here, and that I would be fully reimbursed all delivery costs. However I'm still waiting for a response. Poor show.

I purchased three items, but after I had placed my order I was later told that the main item I wanted was out of stock. I received a refund for that item, but when I sent back the other two I was not refunded the remaining amount. I emailed them to complain and chase up the refund but I did not receive a reply or the remaining money. Very disappointed - would not recommend.

Unfotunately I still haven't received my order. I was a bit disappointed that you were sold out of the largeer sizes, including the bras I really wanted. It was a caae of looking to see what you had left in 40D.

I ordered two lingerie sets (Bra and matching briefs) as a special gift. My order was confirmed, dispatch was confirmed, then after the dispatch confirmation I received a two line Email saying that due to a 'stocking error' they couldn't supply the briefs and so had deducted them from the order. Surely. commonsense would dictate that a if the briefs are omitted then it is no longer a set?
