“I have never received my manual. I sent an email to the company with the order number asking if the manual had been sent. No response. I have used this company many times and the product has always been excellent but this time---my money has been wasted. Very, very disappointed.”

“This manual, like several others I've purchased from this organization, is outstanding in every way. My only suggestion to the buyer is to make sure you order the spiral binder. My only suggestion to OTC is to adjust the price slightly and make the spiral binder standard. A great product.”

“As for the print and book setup it is fine. However, the spiral bound portion not so much. Mine arrived with spiral binding half detached and sections where the holes for them partially ripped on the cover and one portion of spiral crushed. The packaging did not help in the books protection. I almost think I should not have added the spiral binding and would have been better off. I would not recommend choosing that option. Update: OTC reached out to me letting me know they were sending a new manual to replace the one damaged. For their customer service, I give them 10 out of five stars! But I remain unable to recommend the spiral binding. The spiral binder is too weak for such a large volume book and the cutout holes for the spiral are too close to the edge of the paper... they rip away too easily. The covers do not remain within the spiral binding and fall away from the little "claws?" Other than the spiral binding portion of the books - I am very happy. I think I will take the time to hole-punch the pages and use a 3 ring binder instead. The manual itself is fantastic and far better than trying to read a pdf on my phone.”
