“I recently purchased the full manual for my Panasonic bridge camera from OTC. I had used this company previously and was pleased to find that they had not gone out of business during the pandemic. The manual was posted promptly. I find it very useful to have the full operating instructions as a reference point and to help me get the most out of my camera.”

“The manual didn’t cover the camera it said it would but I was willing to keep it as I repair cameras and agreed to a discount for another manual. I got a discount code but that didn’t work and I had problems finding the second manual using any apple device. Having found an Internet cafe and tried ordering using the code I was given I found it would not work. Having emailed about the situation I still await a satisfactory reply and solution”

Hello I am sorry sometimes we have to copy a manual from an original paper copy and if the original is not in a good condition the the reprint will not be a good copy. Please return with a covering letter and we will issue a refund.
