“The manual content is spot on and well packaged for its journey to me. There was an issue I raised regarding the spiral binding/hole punch alignment and this was resolved promptly and to my satisfaction. All in, I would recommend to others.”

“Firstly, it's great to find somewhere with a decent stock of hard-to-find manuals. Secondly, the print quality and presentation are both excellent. So why only four stars? This particular manual was originally landscape-format and the print binding extends beyond the gutter, so some of the text is slightly obscured. It's not a big deal as there is some flexibility in the binding but it's not quite perfect. That said, I'm delighted overall and I have already ordered another manual (for a different product).”

“The manual was delivered from the UK to the US in good time. The quality of the print is good, as is the binding, although I pictured the binding being on the short edge when in fact it is on the long edge.”

“I am a bit old school on somethings. Flicking through E-menus can be tedious (more screen time) because you bought fancy tech but there is something therapeutic about paper. The spiral binding is a great idea letting the reader keep a page when distracted by life. And of course you can add your own highlights as a little reminder and quickly find it. Still on the early pages and for me much easier to refer too.”
