Hello David I have checked and the tracking for Royal Mail is showing it has not moved through the system. Yours is not the only order to be going now where. It seems Royal Mail have misplaced or lost a bag of our mail containing many orders from the bank holiday weekend. I will resend the order.

Hello Sue I have emailed to check we have the correct address then we can resend. A few customers who ordered over the bank holiday weekend seem to have had their orders not arrive. We think Royal Mail has misplaced a bag of our mail. Please check your emails including spam folder for our email.

Hello I am sorry the manual you ordered is a Sony and unfortunately for some reason they do not put an index in. This not our decision it is down to the manufacturer.

Hello Once the order leaves us we have no control over the delivery. We are ibn the UK and once it reaches the USA then USPS take the order and will deliver. The tracking is telling us this was picked up from the post office on the 9th February 2026.

Hello The order was placed on the 29th December. We are in the UK and the order was posted to you on the 29th December. You are in the USA and orders can take up to 14 working days. The tracking for your order is saying the order was delivered on the 14th January, the delivery time took a little longer due to the Christmas and New Year. My manager has responded to you your emails directly to us.

“Misleading advertisements claiming they sell large print. The supposed large print manual for my camera is a small print version. Yet they claimed it is a larger print, it's is barely by a millimeter. Never buying anything from them ever for misleading advertisements.”

Hello The order was placed online at 4.37pm 2nd October, the order was processed and posted on the 3rd October. We use Royal mail and the following is what we say on the website which Royal mail advise the delivery time to be, We aim to dispatch all orders within 12 working hours of receiving them. Orders received before 12 noon will be sent out that day, orders received after 12 noon will go the following day. We send you an automatic email as soon as we have started working on your order and another one once the manual has been despatched. We send all orders using the Royal Mail. They aim to deliver orders within two working days, including Saturdays, to the UK. It usually takes three to five working days for orders to reach Western Europe and seven to ten working days to the Rest of the World. I have checked and the order was delivered on the 8th October.

Hello The order was for a test report this is not a manual. On the website the manual is the first item on the page £10.95, when you scroll down the next item is the test report the cost is £3.00.

“the product was useless for me. it seems that in order to make their profit, they make the document way to small to read. pointless purchase. do not waste your money. great idea. very poor product. the manuals need to be much larger so that they are easy to read. i would love my money back or a much larger size, like a real book.”

Hello I am sorry you have found the text small we sell hundreds of these manual in this size and there has been no problem. I can send a larger size but it would be in A4 size and not very portable with your camera. Please contact us by email.

Hello I have replied to your email please check your spam folder. The manual you have is for a Sony we supply the manual the manufacture makes available on their website. I sent you a link to the manual in the email so you can see for yourself that it is not us that have not put the page numbers in the index it is Sony .
