“Manual is excellent BUT the package was left on my doorstep when I was away on a cruise. After a couple of days a neighbour left me a note saying a package was damaged and they posted the 2 parts of the manual through my letterbox.”

Hello We can not print in colour and this is stated in the FAQ's. Are your manuals printed in colour? All our manuals are printed in high quality black and white. Most manuals are primarily text. All pictures are completely legible.

Hello The order was for a pocket book. This is an A6 size book and the text could not be bigger as the book then would not be a pocket book as it would be too large.

“Nothing wrong with the item I received except I was not aware and not told that there is a separate volume, "Read This First" which a user obviously needs! I think it is poor that the more advanced manual is sold without first informing the customer that the basics are published in another booklet. I am quite annoyed about this.”

Hello The read me first manual is only 2pages long and normally with the camera when brought. You can view this on the Sony website. Due to the nature of the format of the PDF if we were to print it off it would be unreadable as the text would be very small.

I am sorry you have found the manual blurred. The manuals were originally produced in 1969 and were not of good quality. We take a scan from the original and in doing so if the original is blurred or faint text we can not this.

“Hi I was disappointed with the quality of the print. The Manual had clearly been copied of an old Nikon Manual which must have been in poor condition as the print is quite difficult to read in places, it is badly faded. When it came to the section on Focusing screens and viewfinders it is virtually ineligible. The viewing screen chart cannot be read. I searched the Internet and came upona Nikon F2a Manual online which I was able to download for free, so I now have a Manual I can read saved onto my phone. Very disappointed with the quality of the OTC product. Will not use again.”

Hello I am sorry the manual was not to your liking. Yes some manual we have to scan the originals. Sometimes the originals are not of the best quality. We have sold this manual 30 times in the past and have had no complaints. If you would like to return the manual for a refund then please do so with a covering letter.

“I have selected and ordered the offered spiral binding. Unfortunately, the bining was positioned on the unusual side, i.e. the booklet pages cannot be turned book-like (right to left) but calendar-like (from up to down). This has not been stated or asked before, and the picture shown on the ordering page was the book-like position.”

Hello Unfortunately the PDF for the manual is formatted by Pentax and we can not alter it in any way. They have formatted this to be read like you say from top to bottom. If we had bound the manual on the right side then all even pages would be upside down.

“The text is too small. I like the booklet size and that it's spiral bound, however the type is WAY too small. There is too much margin; you could easily up the point size to use the max size of each page. Even a few points would make a difference. If I am using my PC and I have to look something up I can't just glance over at it to get the info, I have to pick it up which interrupts the work flow, because the type is so small.”

Hello We are a separate company to the manufacture of your device. We simply print the manual from a PDF they have formatted. I am sure you are a wear of copywrite, and so the PDF is locked and can not be altered by ourselves.

Hello With older manuals we have to take a scan from an original and the originals are not always in the best condition. If you are not happy please return the manual with a covering letter for a refund.
