I was told the manual would come in three volumes and paid. It came in two. The spiral binders had been squashed into oval shapes to accommodate the large number of pages. This meant that they caught on each other when the manual was opened, causing them to tear when trying to close the manual. A new manual in three volumes was sent as a replacement which is tip-top. Because someone tried to save a few pence and sent out something un-usable, I cannot beblieve I am asked for a review by Jeff, who clearly does not know what goes on in his company.
