“Placed my order for two manuals back at the beginning of January. Received an email indicating the order was being processed. Requested an update via email February 2nd. Never heard back. Still don't know where my order is. Based on what I have experienced so far I would not recommend them.”

“I never received what I ordered. When I emailed them informing them what I received I received a rude reply saying I received what I ordered. I ordered a manual but received a 5-camera comparison sheet. I explained I had the camera for four yrs and was happy with it so I didn't need a comparison sheet. I lost the manual so I thought I would order one. After their reply and my explanation, I never heard back from anyone. Gerald Maute”

“I would LOVE to give you a glowing review. . . . . . if the manual that I paid for ever gets to me!!!!!! I have asked for a tracking number and you have not given me one. You said that 14 days is the normal wait time. It has been 23 days and still no manual. Sara Williston”
