“This firm does an excellent job of reprinting owner manuals for certain cameras. Mine arrived nicely bound and fairly quickly, considering it was sent from England.”

“I recently went to use my camera, which I hadn't used for quite some time. I couldn't remember how to get photos from the camera memory to my computer. I searched everywhere for the manual that came with when I first bought my camcorder, but just couldn't find it anywhere. So I decided to use this service to get a manual, rather than buy a new camera. The "new" manual is great! It is nicely bound”

“J'ai du payer 14 € de frais de douane car vous avez mal décrit la déclaration de douane ! Ce n'est pas un "Printed book" mais une "copie de manuel d'utilisation" ! Vous pouvez me rembourser de ces frais sur ma carte visa et je changerai mon commentaire !”

“Had no problems”

“It's a mixed bag really. I was very pleased with the product, so much easier to use than the original. The price was good and the manual was delivered quickly, so top marks there. I was less impressed with a couple of other experiences. First, I made two email enquiries, neither of which were answered satisfactorily. I was basically told that the information I was looking for was "all on the website." Well, why would I email you if the information was so obvious? My questions were not complex so a simple answer would have created a better impression. OK, we got there in the end and, as I say, I was so pleased with the manual that I wrote back with positive comments. Pity you couldn’t even be bothered to reply with a simple "thank you."”
