“The manual could of been a bit better as they are photo copies the pages was out of alignment as the pages was put at a angel to I got black broaders around the pages ok thanking you robert smith”

Hello Unfortunately the manual is a copy of a scanned manual which was scanned in badly but not picked up at the time.

“Waited 6 days for it to arrive. No reply to my phone calls or emails regarding delivery update. Print was perfect but I'd have expected the pages to all be the same size. I've just ordered another manual from a different company, so, I'll soon have a comparison to make.”

Hello The manual would have been sent out A5 size and all the pages will have been this size. or do you mean that some pages had less text on than others as this is out of our control. We simply print what the manufacture makes available.

“A previous manual was excellent but the ink was very feint on this one and it is only printed in black and white not colour so all the buttons shown in red do not show up at all !!”

Hello We simply print the manual the manufacturer make available for your device. Each manufacturer format their PDF's differently. Some use a light grey for the text and not black also the size of the text can differ. We have never been able to print in colour it has always been black and white.

Hello We state on FAQ's we can only print in black and white. If we were able to print the 420 page manual in colour the cost would be 3 times the price of black and white.

Hello The manual manual is 452 pages long and the charge was in total £21.85, if we were able to print in colour it would have cost triple the price.

“The Manual is Excellent, delievery not so great. However, having to go through Customs for a Manual was a little bit much, especially paying such a High Price. Again though, Manual, Excellent. Need to let people know why paying such a High Price for Delivery, "going threw Customs, which I found great. Thank you, Sondra”

“Takes too long to get through it. Don't know what everything means. Have to keep flipping back and forth to find what I'm looking for. Is not very customer friendly. Could have been made in a more simple to use manner.”

“The camera manual was received within about three days of ordering, weekend included so no problem there. Ther reason for awarding three stars is because the envelope it arrived in was do flimsy that ut had split in transit and the post office had put the contents in a plastic bag to deliver. I think for the price I was charged for postage and packing, that a sturdier package could have been used, given that the manual was heavy and split into two separate items in order to bind it.”

Hello We send out hundreds of orders a week with out problems. Unfortunately sometimes Royal mail are not taking care with the packages. I will pass your comments on.

Hello I am, sorry we have no control over delivery of the order once in enters the postal system. Once the order reaches the USA it enters into the USPS postal service and has to go through customs this process can hold the delivery time up.

“Camera manual is excellent with good build quality, but communication is bad not answering voice mail, email and phone calls. Improve these areas and worth a 5 star. But would still use as manual is perfect.”

Hello I am sorry we moved offices on the 6th June, and were let down by internet and phone line providers so our systems were not up and running as normal. This is why we could not answer emails or take calls. We are back to normal now.

Hello We simply print the manual the manufacturer makes available on their website. The PDF can not be altered as it is password protected, this stops anyone altering the text or diagrams.

Hello Ordered on the 28th Feb this was a Friday. Office closed for the weekend. Order sent on the 3rd March from here in the UK and was delivered on the 12th March in the USA. Our orders are sent Via Royal mail here in the Uk who then hand over to customs and then USPS postal service.

Hello We have supplied the manual Epson make available. As the PDF's are protected we can not alter the text in them and can only print how it is formatted by the manufacturer.
