“Hi. The manual arrived quickly to Los Angeles. The printing is fine. Unfortunately, the manual may have been a bit too many pages for the binding as the rear cover and the last few pages are falling out of the punch holes, despite repeated replacing and trying to tweak the spirals a bit tighter.”

“Manual had got a bit squashed in transit and think with being a lot of pages doesn’t open as well . Prefer A4 and managed to find someone who printed a copy in A4 and instead of wire bound put in Ring binder. This is much easier to manage.”

Hello Our default size to print is A5 and 99% of our customers are happy with this size as it can be carried around with the camera. I am happy to resend the order in A4 size but this will increase the size of the manual and no so easy to carry around with the camera.

“I am happy with my manual. However, the only thing I have the back cover will not stay on spiral part. Need an improvement on spine spiral to hold manuals back cover together.”

Hello I am sorry the manual is falling apart. I will resend the manual. In the mean time there is an easy fix if you place the card back on the wire you then just gently squeeze the wires to close a little tighter. I will get a new manual sent tomorrow.

Hello The manual was glue bound in a card and acetate cover. We are not the manufacture of the camera can can not send out free manuals sorry.

“It's a mixed bag really. I was very pleased with the product, so much easier to use than the original. The price was good and the manual was delivered quickly, so top marks there. I was less impressed with a couple of other experiences. First, I made two email enquiries, neither of which were answered satisfactorily. I was basically told that the information I was looking for was "all on the website." Well, why would I email you if the information was so obvious? My questions were not complex so a simple answer would have created a better impression. OK, we got there in the end and, as I say, I was so pleased with the manual that I wrote back with positive comments. Pity you couldn’t even be bothered to reply with a simple "thank you."”

Hello Unfortunately the manual you ordered was a Sony and they are only making the full user guide as on screen manuals. When printing these they do not provide a index and this is out of our control as Sony formatted the manual.

“Thanks for asking for a review. Because you sent the manual in a bag instead of a proper sturdy book box, the wires were bent and the last page and the back cover were ripped off. I don't know that it will stand up to any sort of usage over the next few months, till I learn to use the camera. Not sure what to do about this and would like your suggestion. You recommended that I pay extra for wire binding, so I did. It would seem a simple solution to send a wire-bound manual in a box with hard sides, so that there's no problems upon arrival.”

“I bought the Leica M11 Manual, the only problem is with most of the illustrations, they are overprinted and look very dark, making it difficult to work out what is what when trying to comprehend them, is it possible to improve the definition of these illustrations?”

Hello I have taken a look at the PDF and the trouble is some of the pictures are in black on the PDF. So when printing they just come out black we have no way of altering the PDF.
