Hi. The manual arrived quickly to Los Angeles. The printing is fine. Unfortunately, the manual may have been a bit too many pages for the binding as the rear cover and the last few pages are falling out of the punch holes, despite repeated replacing and trying to tweak the spirals a bit tighter.
