It's a mixed bag really. I was very pleased with the product, so much easier to use than the original. The price was good and the manual was delivered quickly, so top marks there. I was less impressed with a couple of other experiences. First, I made two email enquiries, neither of which were answered satisfactorily. I was basically told that the information I was looking for was "all on the website." Well, why would I email you if the information was so obvious? My questions were not complex so a simple answer would have created a better impression. OK, we got there in the end and, as I say, I was so pleased with the manual that I wrote back with positive comments. Pity you couldn’t even be bothered to reply with a simple "thank you."
