“I received the full manual, however instead of a full page manual, I received a smaller page size with a very small font (probably a 5 or 6 ) that makes it very hard to read.”

Hello We have supplied the manual Epson make available. As the PDF's are protected we can not alter the text in them and can only print how it is formatted by the manufacturer.

Hello Unfortunately the copier broke down and we had to wait for a part. We did email and explain this. The copier was fixed and your order was posted out on the 15th October and on checking delivered on the 16th. Normally we would like to send the orders out within 12 business hours but just sometimes things out of our control puts a spanner in the works. We are so sorry for the delay.

Hello We would agree with you on this matter. Unfortunately we can not alter the manual this would be down to the manufacturer Sony as it is their manual.

“The writing is a bit small for me and possibly for many others. A larger font would be better, but then the manual would probably need.to be A4 size and therefore, more expensive. Otherwise, the service was.good.”

“It is what was advertised but I wish it was larger. These are printed web pages and the 5x7 format is not easy to read. It is readable but just. I think it will be a useful tool for working with the online manual published by Sony.”

Hello The manual was formatted by Leica and they have used light grey text. There is nothing we can do to make the text darker.

“They provide only black and white copies of original color manuals. Legibility is usually satisfactory but appearance of copy can be poor if original manual used color coding. Recommend they invest in a color copier and offer option for premium quality copies at a higher price.”

Hello A colour copier would be lovely but the cost of the prints customers would not like to pay 3-4 times more for a manual.

“Ordered camera manual of a vintage camera. received black/white copies with not very detailed photos and held together with a sort of clamp. Technically it will do, so three stars. But it does noet look very nice. Had expected more.”

Hello I am not sure what you mean by a clamp. The order we sent you the manual was glue bound in a card and acetate cover.

Hello Sorry you are not happy with the printing. I have looked at the manual. We have this on a PDF and Leica have formatted the PDF in different shades of grey text. When printed the light grey text is faint but unfortunately we can not do any thing about this.

Hello Unfortunately the repair manual sent is taken form a copy of a copy and is the best we have. If you are not happy then please return with a covering letter.
