“It is entirely equivalent to the original. No better and had to purchase self help books separately. The manufacturers of complicated technical items like cameras should expect preparing a good and easy to understand technical manual is part of the cost of making the product. Indeed it helps in the making of the product. I was not happy with the experience.”

Hello I am sorry you have found the manual not helpful. But as you say in the review it is the same as the original. We simply download the manual and send what the manufacture make available for their products.

“Bought a manual before for a Nicon Camera Excellent!! But this time, ok instructions good, quite informative, BUT!:- FROM PREVIOUS MANUAL TO THIS ONE, (I Appreciate costs of paper/inks/wages increasing, and to print manual takes time, prices of afforementioned have gone up, but font size has seriously shrunk from my previous manual to where I am goin to have to either use a magnifier or re-copy the whole manual to a size thats easily readable, would rather have paid a few more pounds for a readable manual without a magnifier. Only 4 stars for nxt Qn if font is same size. Info spt on but goin to hve to use magnifier een with my new glasses.”

Hello We received the email from you about this problem. We simply download the manual from the manufactures and print. We have no control over the contents of the manuals or how the manufactures format the PDF's. In this case the front cover and inside page looked ok to print in A5 size. We contacted you back and since sent out an A4 size copy. Please note a simple phone call to us to explain the problem is all it takes to resolve the problem.

Hello The manual was formatted by Nikon and in this case the manual was made to be bound along the top edge so you read by flipping pages up and over. Had we of bound along the left edge then all the even page would be upside down when the pages were turned.

Hello I have taken a look at the manual and can see the original date for this manual is 1969. We scanned an original and sorry the quality of the manual form them is not great. I will resend the order in A4 size this has increased the text an d photos making it easier to read.

Hello Our default size for printing is A5. We do not offer the A4 size when ordering as the cost is double. Also A4 is not very portable and will not fit in camera bags. I am happy to resend the order in A4 size for you.

“The first delivery included a wrong manual. After a mail to the service desk it took a while to get an answer. Today I got the right technical manual for a Rolleiflex SLX. The manual itself has some really black pages, more or less unreadable. Good quality looks better.”

“The printing and binding were first rate. The contents are voluminous and an index would greatly improve the manual’s usefulness. That’s not likely to happen since it was written by Panasonic sometime in the distant past. Otherwise, it does do a good job of explaining the camera’s functions and adjustments.”

“Delivery of the manual was first class. After service, I’m not sure yet. The manual I received was not correct. I was sure I had not made a mistake and queried it, no response. I then realised I had made a ‘typographical’ and have now ordered the correct manual. I have also apologised and kindly requested if the original incorrect manual can be returned for credit. Again no response.”

“Reviewing Hasselblad X1DII 50C manual I was sent an older version of the manual: sent 2020-08-03 v2. The current version on line is 2020-11-20. The newer version is significanly different on page 52. I wonder what other pages differ. The printed version is printed in black and white. Online there is some color.”
