“Reviewing Hasselblad X1DII 50C manual I was sent an older version of the manual: sent 2020-08-03 v2. The current version on line is 2020-11-20. The newer version is significanly different on page 52. I wonder what other pages differ. The printed version is printed in black and white. Online there is some color.”

Hello I am sorry we were not a wear there was a newer version. I have now swapped the manuals and will resend the order. We do state on our website we can only print in black and white.

Hello The manual is a scan of an original dated 1936, sorry this is the best we can do as the original was of not best quality.

“I would have preferred some other form of binding than a ring binder. After a lot of use, the odd page will eventually get torn and part from the spine.”

Hello This how the manufacture Pentax formatted the PDF. If I had bound on the left then every even page would be upside down.

“It's good to have a paper manual, and I appreciate it. However, I found two issues to give less than top marks for. 1. The print colour could be denser, so it is not black enough. 2. The illustrations are not clear, over-printed, and too dense. My conclusion is this may not be the best print method for this type of technical material.”

“Brilliant Manual but USELESS as a quick reference guide. You have to read through 600+ pages to find what you want! I appreciate that to take the book(s) off the net but Sony needs to think about the reality of functionality!! I am not a camera buff so am having to go through the index AND the manual writing down the page numbers I need! As I said, great manual, well presented and bound but absolutely useless as a quick reference guide for a novice like me!”

“Just perfect. Service was very good. Delivery quick. Wish there was a little colour thrown in, especially on the front cover. I wasn't expecting it to be be all black and white, photo copied paper. Bound of course. Expected much more at this price. So, rather dissapointed I guess. A little more thought, time and effort could easily make this an excellent product, but alas not so at the moment. The information inside though, is a lot easier to follow than the small handbook that comes with the camera.”

“It certainly provided me with all the information I required - but I would have expected it to be: 1. Trimmed to the size of the original 'Asahi Pentax K2' instruction booklet. 2. Included the use of selective colour where necessary - Red; in the case of most of Asahi Pentax's camera manuals.”

“Got off to a bad start, as they sent an out-of-date version, and stuffed it into two volumes, even though all the documentation said it was in three volumes. This made it very awkward to use, and caused the perforations to tear through very quickly. The replacement was much better - up to date and in three volumes. Based on the replacement copy, I would rate them higher, but there is no excuse for the poor service with the first copy.”
