Hello I am sorry the order has not arrived. Over the month of December Royal Mail on several days on strike. This delayed the movement of the post through the system but seems they have lost this order. I will resend the order.

“It might be a good manual but unfortunately, I never received the manual. Presumably, the manual I purchased was sent out twice to no avail. Based on the lack of delivery I cannot recommend OTC.”

Hello All orders are delayed due to strike action taken by Royal mail. This has impacted on the delivery times as well as the Christmas period.

“I still have not received the materials I ordered! One month and counting. After I inquired and posted a negative review, I received two terse emails. The first had a Royal Mail tracking number, and the second indicated that there had been a response to my query. Neither had an apology or explanation. The Royal Mail Website states that the material is sitting in the sorting queue.”

“I have never received the manual. It’s seems this was shipping from England or somewhere in Europe maybe. As if 12/26/22 I have yet to receive the manual(spiral bound for 2.95 extra). Hello Unfortunately here in the UK Royal Mail have been striking. This has been going on for the last couple of months. It has impacted the delivery times and also the Christmas period slows the mail up sorry.

“The manual was a simple printout that I could have done at home. I was expecting something a little more professional or even an original booklet, properly bound. I have paid (and wasted) good money for something that requires a magnifying glass to read. I am so disappointed as it is part of a Christmas present for my son.”

“I am stupefied that you would ask me to Express my opinion ofyour awful business. I ordered a Nikon 800 manual onI beleive 8/25/22. I paid $36 dollars for the manual and $10 dollars for shipping. I have never received the manual and my Debit card info was stolen andused For fraudulent charges . I wrote numerous emails and all I got from you morons was your lame excuse saying it was sent and a bogus shipping company was guilty of fraud It’s a month now and I have received nothing. I paid your inept company to deliver my manual to my door - not to my country I.e. the USA. Ihave opened up a fraud claim against your terrible company with CHASE / Visa - and ihave stopped payment. Have the English become inept idiots across the board - all that was necessary was to mail my manual. (That means put It in the mail you fools) I will never recommend OTC. To the Contrary I will warn people to stay away from morons!! PS. I tried to reach creeps multiple times Sincerely Yours John Booz”

Hello Once the order enters the postal system we have no control over the delivery. If there are problems with staff shortages along the route this can delay the delivery. As it is taking a long time we have resent the order.

“I expected a usable manual., not the unusable price of junk that I received. What I received was a 2 page per sheet, double sided print on a note pad. I thought I was using a reputable company, not a basement printer with a hole punch.”

Hello We can only supply what Sony make available. In this case, this is meant to be an on-screen manual but we were asked to print one for a customer. We do state on the website that this manual has no index.
