I still have not received the materials I ordered! One month and counting. After I inquired and posted a negative review, I received two terse emails. The first had a Royal Mail tracking number, and the second indicated that there had been a response to my query. Neither had an apology or explanation. The Royal Mail Website states that the material is sitting in the sorting queue.
