Hello I am sorry we send via Royal mail tracking and have no control over the delivery. this will be down to Royal mail in the UK then customs in USA and the USPS postal service.

Hello I am sorry the manual took a while. We had technical issue with the printer. Once this was fixed the manual was posted out and from the Royal Mail records was delivered the next day.

“Placed my order for two manuals back at the beginning of January. Received an email indicating the order was being processed. Requested an update via email February 2nd. Never heard back. Still don't know where my order is. Based on what I have experienced so far I would not recommend them.”

“I never received what I ordered. When I emailed them informing them what I received I received a rude reply saying I received what I ordered. I ordered a manual but received a 5-camera comparison sheet. I explained I had the camera for four yrs and was happy with it so I didn't need a comparison sheet. I lost the manual so I thought I would order one. After their reply and my explanation, I never heard back from anyone. Gerald Maute”

“The manual that I was looking for was listed on your website. You took my payment. Then informed me that you do not have the manual. I did receive a full refund but that is not the point. The manual should not have been listed on your website if you did not have it in your inventory. Very disappointing.”

Hello Our business was started over 40 years ago, and at the time the manuals were in original format and were listed on our system until they were ordered then we had to be scan them to sell. Over many years we have scanned on to the system many of these manuals. However there are hundreds that we haven't and these are stored in our archives. We can only go by what was originally listed on the system and sometimes these have been incorrectly listed. this makes it very frustrating when we can not find the original in the archives and there for we have to say sorry and refund the customer and at the same time we hide this manual so no one else can buy it.

Hello I am sorry this has not arrived. Over the month of December Royal Mail were on strike on several days. This impacted on the movement of the post but seems they have lost this order. I will resend the order.
