Hello I have checked with the tracking and the order was delivered on the 21st February. Please check in your junk folder as sometimes emails arrive there.

“I ordered the camera manual for my Canon R5 Mark II. I give this one star because I only received parts 2, 3, and 4. There was no Part 1. Part 2 begins on page 299. There is no table of contents or index to find anything. If you send me Part 1, I may revise this review. As it stands now this manual is virtually useless”

“Unfortunately I had ordered GoPro7 by mistake & immediately sent email to say it should have been GoPro5. Sadly being Bank holiday time neither email or my phone call was answered. The manual for GoPro7 was delivered promptly thank you & I will pick out the relevant info.”

Hello We send with tracking and the link has the tracking information. looks like the postal service have let us down and was sent else where incorrectly. But tracking is saying its back on course to the correct address ,https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item#/tracking-results/LA171158999GB

“Unfortunately the manual I received from OTC was useless as many of the instructions in the manual depended on supporting diagrams which were printed in such a way that the details were not visible, which meant the instructions could not be followed. I contacted OTC and was instructed to return the item for a refund but OTC refused to pay for the return postage so not only did I have the disappointment of not obtaining the manual which I needed but I have had to pay the return postage on a faulty item. Not impressed.”

Hello We emailed you to explain the copier had broken. This was only fixed this Monday just gone 18Th October. Unfortunately when the copier breaks we have to rely on engineers to come and fix it. This time we had to wait for a part from Canon. The order was posted on the 15th October

Hello With Sony they make their manuals as on screen manuals. When printed the text is small. I will resend the order in A4 making it easier to read.

“What I received was a very poorly photocopied manual there was no gray scale, just black or white. Given the price (£13.95 inc P&P) I had hoped for better than just 14 sheets of double-sided A5. Sadly I was paying for scarcity not quality - this was the only Konika Disc manual I could find”

“Material hasn’t arrived as promised in 48 hours. 5 days latter, still hasn’t arrived. Rating out of 10 = 0. It’s plainly a con designed to exact money from subscribers in the hope of finding suitable set-up guide for the Z6iii. Despite what it says below about arrival in a ‘month’ - it’s wrong. I accidentally touched”Month’ and it won’t disappear. Next stop: I will be notifying the appropriate authorities to request this organisation is closed down - and ignored clients will have the funds reimbursed.”

Hello I spoke you you on the phone and explained we use Royal Mail for the delivery. As the Item had not arrived I checked we had the correct address for you and resent the order. I resent special delivery so I knew that Royal mail had to delivery by 1pm next day. You emailed us to say you had received the manual.

“The manual was much too small - 5.5 x 8.25 - with the text positioned hoizontally in the manual - forcing the text to be almost unreadable. The manual would have been usable if it had been printed as 8.5 x 11.”
