Hello I am sorry our default size to print is A5 and sometimes this can be a little small for the customer. I will be happy to resend the order in A4 size for you.

Hello The manual you order was a Sony manual and unfortunately, Sony is making their manuals to view online only. We have been asked by some customers to have these manuals printed.

Hello We are finding due to covid and the restrictions USA have made on flights from the UK. This has held up the speed of delivery. Only in the last week or so has USA have lifted these restrictions on domestic flights entering the country meaning there are more planes the post can be transported on so this should hopefully speed things up.

Hello The manual ordered is for a Sony and Sony are making some of their manual that can only be viewed online, this is one of them we were asked by a customer for a print off as he found it better than having no printed manual. If you are not happy then please return with a covering letter for a refund.

“Tried contacting customer service repeatedly via email multiple times before manual ever shipped. No response. No purchase confirmation. No tracking. Manual (if that's what you call it) is absolutely 💯% worthless. Provides absolutely no useful information to my particular camera. Might be a little useful to someone that has absolutely never owned a camera before or anything mechanical for that matter. Junk”

Hello I am sorry you have found the manual unhelpful. We simply print what the manufactures make available on their websites. we have no say in the contents of the manuals. This would be something you could email Sony about.

Hello I have found the email you sent us explaining we had sent you incorrect manual. The order placed was for a Bulk film magazine for the Pentax MX I under stand you just need the manual for the Camera Pentax MX these are two different manuals and we sent the one you had ordered on our website. Linda replied asking you to return the manual you ordered and we would send out the Pentax MX. I think we have been helpful as we have offered to replace the manual you ordered. As of yet we have not received the manual back.
