“I expected a usable manual., not the unusable price of junk that I received. What I received was a 2 page per sheet, double sided print on a note pad. I thought I was using a reputable company, not a basement printer with a hole punch.”

Hello I am sorry you have found the manual unhelpful. We simply print the manual the manufacturer makes available on their website. If you are not happy then please return with a covering letter for a refund.

“This is the first manual I had to buy and it is the worst one I have ever had. With no index, it is very hard to find what you're looking for. The print is too small. I would not even give it one star.”

Hello We can only supply what Sony make available. In this case, this is meant to be an on-screen manual but we were asked to print one for a customer. We do state on the website that this manual has no index.

Hello I will resend the order in A4 size this will increase the size of the photos making them easier to read. The copy is from an original manual and if the original is not the best quality then we can not help the quality of the copying.

I'm sorry all manuals are always supplied in black and white not colour. We try to make this clear on the website. Our printer was down for several days last week. This has not happened for many years.

Hello We supplied the manual that sony have on their website. It is not only Sony that do not supply manuals with cameras all of the other manufacturers are the same.

Hello I am sorry our default size to print is A5 and sometimes this can be a little small for the customer. I will be happy to resend the order in A4 size for you.

Hello The manual you order was a Sony manual and unfortunately, Sony is making their manuals to view online only. We have been asked by some customers to have these manuals printed.
