“This is not a manual it's a pamphlet !.Maybe thats all there is for the widelux 1500 but that is not made clear in the information . Et Cavet et empetur !”

Hello I have taken a look at the widelux 1500 there is not much info in this. I will hide this so no one else can buy this and issue a refund. On the website when ordering the number of pages are displayed and for this one the page count was 6.

“I was very disappointed with this manual. 1. The pages weren’t numbered and it was impossible to find anything 2. There was no index for either volume. 3. The subjects were not organised thematically. I could not find a reference to the one subject for which I had bought the manual in the first place. In short the manual was useless.”

Hello The manual ordered was for a Sony RX 100VII. This manual is the manual we got from Sony. The pages are numbered. There is an index for the whole manual at the start of the manual but Sony has not put the page numbers next to the subject matter.

In response to printing manuals and skimping on ink to dig into customers' pockets, the characters respond defensively and with reckless, ungrammarly communication: "The manual YOU ordered we have sold over 30 copies and all satisfied customers. The manual was formatted by Nikon and we print from a PDF. If you are not happy then please return with a COVERING letter." Not sure if this operation has proper permissions from Nikon to print what they do and parade the Nikon label in a crudely operated outfit.”

Hello The manual you ordered we have sold over 30 copies and all satisfied customers. The manual was formatted by Nikon and we print from a PDF. The text in the PDF has varying shades of Black text and some are very light. If you are not happy then please return with a covering letter.

Hello The problem with the manual you ordered Fuji had made 2 pages to 1 page making the text and pictures small. I will resend the order in A4 this will increase the size of the text and pictures, but the size will not be very portable with the camera.

“Pretty useless because of the way it is subdivided. A single PDF file that included all of the text that is in the clumsy format that Sony uses would have at least been more useful since one could do a computer search directly with a keyword. Also any manual without some kind of index can't be of much use. I realize that these criticisms should be more directed at Sony than at you.”

“The Leica "manual" you sold me is worthless! It is a copy of the free download that I already had. Moreover, your "manual" consists of smudgy printing making it difficult to read or see the camera features whereas the Leica manual download I downloaded for free is clear and much easier to read than your "manual". I wasted $24.90 and time I can't afford to waste. I don't care about the money. I went online and found an outstanding book in color with large clear pictures that is exactly what I needed. The book is by Alexander S. White titled PHOTOGRAPHER'S GUIDE TO THE LEICA D-LUX 4.”

Hello All orders over seas are sent with tracking. On checking the tracking the tracking for this order it tells me the order was delivered on the 15th August.

“I was disappointed with the quality of the product because of two reasons 1 print quality was poor. It felt like the printer used was running out of ink or was printed in economy mode. 2. Spiral bound was slightly damaged.”

Hello The text in the PDF of the Fuji XT 5 manual is not all in bold black ink, in places it is light grey and so when copied this is why the text is looking faint. We can not alter the PDF to make the text bold we have to print how Fuji have formatted the PDF.

Hello You ordered the Pocket book the cheaper of the 2 options on the website. The full user guide is there to order and this would of cost you $24.16 P+P.

Hello We send out copies either of the manufactures PDF they make available on line or a scanned copy. The manual you received is of a scan from a manual from 1965. We print in black and white and the original had coloured back grounds, once scanned then printed the colours will come out a dark grey hence dark copies.
