“Ordered half a pallet of Calido briquettes on a Monday evening. Delivered by Friday and the driver even dropped them off at my place of work at short notice as I couldn't get home in time to receive delivery. Excellent service and the briquettes are hot hot hot. James, South Wales.”

“Product is good, price was good. Pallet delivery was a pain because he didn't have an electric pallet mover, so I had to spend an hour carrying everything down the drive. All my previous suppliers have always put it right where I needed it.”

“I have tested two out of the 3 samples i had. I cannot get these products to burn up to the required temperature in sufficient time to avoid tar on my three glass panels. I shall test the third sample in the next two days. Gary.”

“Good personable comms and well organised. Delivered as advised with no hassles. Logs seem OK, not burnt them yet. A lot of bark came of transporting them to the wood store, which is a pain. Was sent a couple of packs of briquettes to sample, which was a generous gesture and has helped in working out what might be good to use. First class service and hopeful the product will be as good as competitors.”

“Communication, delivery very good. Just not convinced enough that these Calido logs burn better then my free logs. I may try another purchase.”

“I ordered the briquettes. Ordering and delivery was great. The only slight issue I have is that they need to be stored in dry conditions (this is mentioned on the product description), so not suitable for my log store - take up space in the shed instead.”

“Very good service my first order was short on delivery but this was rectified within two days burnt well and gave off good heat output will definitely be placing an order for a full pallet later in the year”

“Our experience with Calido was very good , the different types of stoves were explained well to us and the resulting choice of stove was easy. Ordering was easy. And we were pleased with our install which was done very efficiently indeed. Thank you to Calido and the installation team. We have enjoyed staying in this Christmas warmed by our new fire.”
