“Easy purchase process, quick delivery and good quality logs. It would have been 5 stars if Calido and their chosen delivery provider could have given a 2 hour delivery window or even an am or pm delivery guarantee! Not many companies now expect customers to stay in all day waiting for a delivery without advance notification. All it takes is for Calido’s delivery service to do their delivery plan the night before and text all delivery customers with an approx 2 hour delivery window. Simple. Please consider this Calido.”

“great logs unfortunatley the delivery driver couldn't get his motorised pallet lift over a mere 2" high kerb stone at the path so i had to move 960kg of logs about 70 yards from the road to my door by hand, no easy feat i assure you ! this will unfortunately put me off ordering these again in the future”

“The logs are good but the delivery wasn’t ,in the past deliveries the lorry was able to reverse down the wide drive up to the garage drop the tail lift and straight in this time it was a much bigger lorry that couldn’t reverse down the driveway however the young women driver was extremely helpful she tried her best with the pallet truck but couldn’t overcome the gravel drive so she did most of the hauling carrying the logs to the garage for which I was extremely grateful and bearing in mind this was the hottest day ever recorded, I wish I could get a message to her company to say thankyou, so unfortunately I dare not risk ordering again as I am now a slightly shaky 80 yr old and I don’t think I could do that again, R J Harrison”

Hi Richard. Thank you for your feedback, I will certainly try and get this passed on to the delivery driver as that is great service from the woman in particular. I'm sorry the lorry couldn't reverse down your driveway, if you were to order in the future if you could pass these details onto us beforehand we can ask the depot to deliver on a smaller truck to make things easier :-) - Kirsty @ Calido

“Happy with product and good burn rate compared to the rest. I burn a lot and second pallet ordered. I hope to buy 3 pallets or so each year looking ahead.”

“Amazing delivery time! Thelogs were ordered and arrived next day! Only down side was I had to stay in to sign for them. Would be happy to simply have them delivered without the need for a signature.”

“Very helpful and professional staff. The logs ordered recently are very good. The only downside was that the bags contained alot of smaller pieces of wood however, very good burners.”

“The service and quality from Calido Logs were excellent as always however delivery scheduled for the 14th, the pallet was delivered on the 13th at just after 5 pm and during the half-hour, I had been away from my house. The pallet was left at the front door. I am not complaining as I understand the pressures the delivery companies are under but a telephone call in advance would have allowed me to be there. Altough I did need the exercise transferring the logs from my front door to the log store!”

“I had a phone call as promised before delivery. As an early delivery grateful for the call. Pallet ut in garage space as requested. Looking forward to using my first order of mixed netted logs. Grandson put a bag in my log basket.”

“Hot burning logs. Last an hour, as good if not better than most, only downside was delivery was 5 hrs later than time slot but not Calido fault.”

“Great service, easy to navigate website and having purchased a sample pack of logs was more than happy to purchase a greater quantity. This would be 5* review but for problems with Palletline in delivering and being rude when ringing to ask for an update when they were 4 hours past the provided 2 hour delivery window. As a disabled individual, this information is very important.”
