“My Husqvarna 450X Automower stopped working. I identified the problem being a burnt PCB in the Charging Station. All the way through Calido were exceptionally responsive, they raised the warranty claim and delivered to me a replacement PCB within 1 week of my first contacting them and kept me up to date all the way through. The mower is now happily mowing again! Thanks!!”
