“I would definitely recommend Calido . I purchased a Woodwarm stove nearly ten years ago now ( at their recommendation) and this purchase was for fire bricks . The staff are excellent. Great advice , helpful, courteous and great communication”

“Calido Log were fantastic. My order was placed just before Xmas. The delivery had to be and rather just let the courier email they took the time to call me themselves to let me know when my order would delivered. It's the little things that count. Excellent company.”

“I purchased the large pallet of oak logs which was described as 2.23 cubic metres. What turned up was only slightly more than 1. Very disappointing for the price paid. It is unlikely I’ll be buying again. On the plus side the delivery driver was very helpful and got the pallet where I wanted it.”

“Calido were easy. A real telephone number which was answered by a helpful person. Online booking easy also. Delivery precisely on time. Friendly driver who was willing to attempt to move the pallet truck across gravel. A satisfying purchase.
