“Excellent dry logs, which burn brilliantly. Good, frienly, efficient delivery, with the logs stored exactly where I required to be stored in the garage. I had purchased my Log Burning Stove from Calido in 2023 and it gets used regulary and daily during the winter. I regularly purchse logs from Calido, and will continue to do so.”

“In my opinion the calido logs are a good value for money as long as they are kept dry. In one instance moisture managed to penetrate the packing and the logs became saturated and diintegrated..”

“Great service..driver put the pallet of heat logs right at my cellar door.. whole pallet was in well waterproof packaging. Heat logs are hotter burn than my birch logs , although everything is going up in price these days I am really happy with my purchase and will do so again..”

“The mower is excellent, as was delivery. The extended warranty is of no use to me because item 6 (f) requires installation to have be carried out by an authorised reseller. I was not aware of this at the time of purchase. Unfortunately this has left a bad taste in otherwise good service, given that I am not entitled to a refund”
