“I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. From start to finish, the whole process was smooth, professional, and impressively fast. They supplied a beautiful log burning fire and managed to arrange installation in under a week, which exceeded all my expectations. Nicolette was very helpful and took the time to answer my questions and helping me choose the perfect fire for my home. The installation itself was carried out efficiently and to a very high standard and with great attention to detail and cleanliness. It’s rare to find a company that delivers both quality products and such outstanding customer service. I’m absolutely delighted with the end result—it’s completely transformed my space. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and professional service.”

“Excellent service from Calido, the starter box was a welcome addition to getting started with our new stove, the contents was perfect, with enough to get going and experience the process of getting the stove up and running. A good number of firelighters, enough kindling for a few new fires, plus, enough good quality hard wood to keep us going for a few days.”
