Good personable comms and well organised. Delivered as advised with no hassles. Logs seem OK, not burnt them yet. A lot of bark came of transporting them to the wood store, which is a pain. Was sent a couple of packs of briquettes to sample, which was a generous gesture and has helped in working out what might be good to use. First class service and hopeful the product will be as good as competitors.
