“Delivery was as promised on the time slot allotted logs seem to burn and last well quite happy so far Only glitch we had was order was placed and paid for but kept getting emails saying order not complete so bit worried it was lost in system Won’t bother next time as I realise it was just a computer generated message Overall very satisfied with product and service”

“Hi. Good wood. Good customer service with a redelivery to try and get pallets into the garage. Went the extra mile. For future purchasers, if you want a powered pallet lifter to get over garage ledges etc then please do call John to see if it can be arranged.”

“It's good to be able to choose a wood type rather than "a mixture"... I opted for Ash in nets, which are easier to move and store... delivery was quick and on time... Happy... Will use again”

“Exemplary service with Great communications from the office and James the delivery driver. Always call us to advise where he is and when he expects to arrive. “Happy with product but not happy with delivery. I was told it would be on a tail lift lorry and it came on a flat bed. I had great problems with getting someone to unload it.”
