“I recently bought a small 'tester' quantity of hot blox and fire logs from Calido, to see if they were comparable in quality to my usual brand. I was really happy with the fire logs, exactly the same as my usual. I used the hot blox as a 'top up' on very cold nights, or when I had to leave the house but didn't want to let the fire go out. They worked very well and I was able to rekindle the fire and bring it back to life after a couple of hours of being away. I won't need any more supplies for a while, but when I do, I'll be switching to Calido.”

“The delivery itself went rather smoothly, when it eventually arrived. The page to track my delivery never showed a time until after I had contacted calido at lunchtime and the young lady contacted the haulier for a delivery window, and advised me it would be between 2 and 4.pm. I looked on the tracking page again and it said 11.30 to 1.30 pm. The driver arrived without telephoning at 3.00 pm. Very helpful and dropped the pallet inside my garage as requested.”

“I’ve tried and tested several logs of this type and stumbled across these guys based on Stirling I think, we are in Aberdeenshire and it was always a struggle due to us being in the Highlands apparently, which we are not and I’m 10 miles from an airport…anyway, great product, an hour burn but easily can get heat for much longer. Best ones we have had so I spent £300 on a pallet. Lovely job.”
