“Friendly, informative service combined with a great value product. We'll be buying more of the low-fuss, long-burning Calido briquettes. With a burn time of over an hour, they produce good heat and a nice glow for less maintenance.”

“Tried a sample pack of the round logs,fantastic to break, huge amount of heat from them and burn for 1-2 hours . Prefer the square shape for easy of fire building(stove) but have ordered a pallet of the round as the square are currently not available. Great service and product.”

“We went to the showroom and the man there was very very helpful, we bought night logs and some briquettes, I had also ordered a bulk bag of briquettes which were delivered promptly and safely. I will definitely be using them again. Thank you.”

“Ordered Calido wood briquettes and Calido Hotbox briquettes. Both burn easily and produce a lovely flame and good heat in our Charnwood stove. I prefer the cylinder shaped wood briquettes which are easily broken down to smaller disc shaped pieces without any noticeable amount of sawdust. The hotbox briquettes need to be burned whole (on the large size for the stove) or can be sawn or chopped but do produce a lot of sawdust.”
