“I don't normally take the time to complete these reviews but wanted to say how happy I was with the product I ordered, but actually more about the service from Calido, which was first class from start to finish. The updates provided kept me informed, and for the delivery, the lawnmower was good to go, having been set up by Calido. I will definitely use this company again. Great to see companies like this with a real focus on customer service. Thank you!!”

“Very fast delivery and the night briquettes are amazing, I put 7 briquettes on my stove at 11pm and at 6pm the following day I put some logs on and hey presto my stove is still burning 🔥😁”

“This company was very helpful from the start and as l was ordering from about 400 miles away the advice they gave me was invaluable. Suppliers that were more local to me, and requests to other stockists as l progressed with my quest, "virtually" travelling up the country, proved fruitless as they either did not have stock and or had a waiting list of unknown length. Most showed little interest and Calido was the only company who invited me to ring back if l had any problems locating one. Just this little comment ( from Gregor ) made me feel they were interested and l was rewarded with excellent service as l was hesitant to begin with because of the distance involved. l ordered on the Tuesday and it arrived in Wiltshire on Wednesday. It could not have been quicker. The delivery man was a genius and with the minimum of fuss the wood burner was deposited in the garden. It was quick and straight forward to put together and lit very easily. Gave out a comfortable amount of heat and we were sat out in the garden until past ten o'clock. l haven't cooked on it yet but cannot foresee any problems as it came to temperature much quicker than the BBQ and should be a little more controllable - so looking forward to getting to know it. l would recommend both this Company and the Chesney. Thank you.”

“Delivery of a pallet of logs (bags of ash) from Calido was a revelation to us. Pallet was dropped inside our garage and the bags meant that moving the logs themselves was so easy compared to builders bags full of random sizes of logs or a just a huge pile on the floor/ground outside. Not only was it quick and easy to move the bags, but we didn't have to spend hours sweeping up the mess from a dump of logs on the floor. Sadly can't name check the delivery driver but he was brilliant - helpful and obliging.”
