“Really happy with the quality of Log briquettes that we got. Customer service was also excellent and delivery was very fast and packaged with great attention. Will be ordering again from Calido. I wish I had discovered them earlier. Thanks for great product, and customer service.”

“Great ‘through life system solution’ company as have bought three stoves and they are now supplying the combustibles to for them. These hardwood heat logs burn well and last long and cubic shape makes them easy to handle and stack.”

“Struggling for space with logs so thought I've these a try. Easy to light and good heat and excellent service with good comms for delivery. So far so good but I can see me sticking with these.”

“We tried a sample pack and found them to exceed all expectations. We’ve ordered and just received delivery of the builders bag of the broken briquettes. Delivered by Palletline by a most helpful driver. Couldn’t be happier. Next time I think we’ll try a full pallet of the packs. Nothing wrong with the broken ones but for me, they will be easier to move.”

“Our experience with Calido was very good , the different types of stoves were explained well to us and the resulting choice of stove was easy. Ordering was easy. And we were pleased with our install which was done very efficiently indeed. Thank you to Calido and the installation team. We have enjoyed staying in this Christmas warmed by our new fire.”
