“Brilliant service from start to finish. Great advice, great price, impeccable customer service. John was wonderful, he even gave me some top tips for grilling on my new Chesney grill and gourmet. Quick delivery and we have just set it up, it took about 45 mins and looks amazing. I would send a picture if it could! Thank you Calido and especially to John!”

Dear Nigel, Thank you for your order and your review. As advised on the phone the code in the paper was for Calido Wood Briquettes, the voucher worked on this product and we had a number of customers that used it. No where in the advert did we mention a discount on the product you wanted to order, the Hardwood Heat Logs so I believe the advert was accurate.
