“I have used Calido a couple of times now and on both occasions the service has been great. When I have had a question it has always been answered promptly and the reply has been very helpful. This winter I am trying the new Calido Wood Briquettes. They burn for about 2 hours meaning I don't have to keep refuelling the stove. I will be ordering more to use in combination with hardwood logs.”

“Very happy with the ordering process, communication and delivery. A bit concerned about the amount of plastic involved in the packaging of individual parcels of briquettes and the wrapping of the whole pallet. Given that the briquettes are meant to be environmentally friendly, it seems to go against that ideal.”

“Ordering our stove was relly simple and the after sales service atched my expectations. Sadly becasue of snow and poor weather it's still in its packaging and on a pallet, but as we've experienced the stove at a friends house (in the garden and with social distancing of course!) Im pretty confident all will be well. Dont know who their delivery comapny is but the servcie was excellent. Called in advanced which meant we could move the cars to enable him to bring it to the back of the house - lovely guy! Follow up call too and that just about sums it all up. Can't wait to get it lit, and will send a picture for their gallery when everything has been set up. Thank you”

“I am quite pleased with my first purchase of calido blox. They burn well and give out a good heat. They leave less ashes than coal. It is necessary to have a waterproof cover/shed; they are plastic-wrapped, which helps stacking them, sliding them over eachother. A small percentage of the packs will inevitably get a little damage, and with moisture will swell out, making a little mess. But handling coal could be messy. For value and convenience the blox are worth it.”

“Very good service my first order was short on delivery but this was rectified within two days burnt well and gave off good heat output will definitely be placing an order for a full pallet later in the year”

“Very happy with the service and products. We would normally order 2 lots of wood during the winter months but I think 1 lot will be enough this year. They give out a lot of heat and seem to burn a bit longer than logs.”

“The service from this company is very good. Very prompt deliveries. The Glass cleaner is amazing...... couldn't believe how easily the black came off the glass. I will add though, Please be very aware that this spray is very very potent. Some spray got onto my stone hearth and has marked it quite badly. Use a dry piece of kitchen roll and don't spray the glass as it may splash.”
