“I have used Calido to supply heat logs for two years. This year, I wanted to try something different. Calido recommended three new heat logs, so I tried a sample pack of each. One stood out head and shoulders above the others. Within a few minutes, I had confirmed an order for a full pallet of the heat logs I wanted. I could choose a delivery date and knew, from past experience with Calido, that it was a local (to me) firm that would deliver. Sure enough, the driver confirmed the time he would be delivering, the pallet was taken carefully off the lorry and was placed exactly where I wanted it. All in all, I think Calido are a brilliant company and will recommend them to everyone.”

“I've been buying logs from Calido for 4 years now, both in net bags direct from their unit or in crates delivered to my house. The wood is always excellent quality and burns very nicely and I've never had a damp log in any of my purchases. Crate deliveries are always prompt and dropped off exactly where I've asked them to be left. When visiting the showroom in Throsk to pick up some stock, all of the staff are very friendly and they go out of their way to be as helpful as possible. I would 100% recommend Calido to anyone looking for great quality logs and service.”

“We have enjoyed the lovely flames and beautiful smell of birch logs in the past but this year we decided to go for birch and oak mix crate. So far we are enjoying the birch flame coupled with longer burning oak heat. Let the winter commence!”

“I recently trialled the new briquettes, delivery to the Highlands of Scotland was quick and efficient, and the logs are good. Burn well, maybe not as long as the previous verdo wood briquettes but still a very good product.”

“Ordering was easy, delivery very efficient arriving within minutes of estimated time, logs quick to ignite and give great heat in open fire. Hardwood logs seem to have more sawdust than former softwood logs when unwrapping - a bit messier at the hearth.”

“Ordered 2 pallets of Calido brickettes on a Friday morning and they were delivered on Monday morning. The brickettes themselves are clean to burn, snap in half easily and don’t burn too hot. All in all a big success.”
