“Be very wary of falling into the trap of purchasing this and thinking that it enables you to collect on Makita's current promotions. It does not. It is a made up kit by Buy a Parcel and Makita will refuse to honour the current promotion whereby you can get a free battery, radio etc etc. Not BaP's fault entirely as they do not advertise it as such, but by the same token, they also don't advise that it is actually classed as the "Z" model. This means that it is actually cheaper to purchase elsewhere. As far as the item itself goes, it was fine, as to be expected. BaP's delivery, also ok. Just be aware.”

“Hello, I purchased ten 25kg bags of Monarch salt tablets through buyaparcel and on arrival four of the bags were ripped and one bag contained only 10kg. This is probably down to the hauliers who I am also contacting.”

“Cannot get through on the phone, expensive order and packaging woefully inadequate and thus everything turns up damaged. Absolutely shocking level of care into parcels. Heavy expensive items need more than shredded cardboard. Especially when said items are all packed loose inside.”
