“Cannot get through on the phone, expensive order and packaging woefully inadequate and thus everything turns up damaged. Absolutely shocking level of care into parcels. Heavy expensive items need more than shredded cardboard. Especially when said items are all packed loose inside.”

“The main reason I bought from Buy A Parcel was the useful information about which replacement to buy for an older Triton shower. The shower unit was easy to fit, thank you.
