“It was unfortunate that the product you sent me was not the one I ordered. These things happen, but you couldn’t replace it with the product I needed. Agreement to return was easy with a provided label for posting et cetera. The trouble is I had to chase you three times over two weeks to do the refund. When you said you’ll be refunding in two of receipt. That’s not good.”
