“The main reason I bought from Buy A Parcel was the useful information about which replacement to buy for an older Triton shower. The shower unit was easy to fit, thank you. The price was among the lowest and it was delivered in reasonable time. The shower works very well and looks good. I can highly recommend the company and product.”

“Bought a dewalt chain saw from these guys, battery and charger was missing. Said they they had put it in the box but clearly says on the Box it comes with no battery and charger. Sent email with photos etc.. no response back.”

It appears when you were last in touch we advised the included battery and chargers would have been added here in-house, and asked you to have a check in the box as the battery and charger would have been placed in there by our packers, despite the print on the box advising these weren't included from the factory. It appears we received no further contact from you after this, so we would have assumed you managed to locate the items you were concerned were missing due to the print on the box.
